Explain a time in your previous job
- when you disagreed with your manager;
- when built effective relationships outside your immediate group that helped the organisation;
- when you took ownership of a task that was not your responsibility;
- when you had to work to a strict deadline;
In each case, examples and lessons learnt were required.
