Very comprehensive & formal but was I meant to feel relaxed & allowed to explain my responses fully. The process from applying for the role was very straight forward & better than previously needing to have your line manager sign you application form. The offer has taken some weeks to come through which has been the only negative in the process. If I was an external candidate who had an interview with a different company as well - you may have lost my acceptance due to the length of time.
