They will contact you for integrity exam once you are shortlisted. Once you passed, they will give you a technical exam, then present their company, technical interview on the same day and wait fir the result of your application.

Panel interview with japanese employer and top management. Located at 24 floor building. It is quite difficult since japanese dont speak much english so you have to at least understand a bit of nihongo
