The process was really quick and easy. I was called for an interview after handing in my cv, it was just the one stage. I started out as a sales and assistant and then eventually became a tills supervisor

Very smooth, just one round. All behavioral questions nothing technical. Should be able to describe past leadership roles and experiences. Other volunteer work is also great to reference for more things to say.

Application online. Got called 2 days later to set up a telephone interview date. A week later telephone interview with HR. 2 days later they called to set up interview with regional manager and store manager. Next day they ask for reference from your previous job. Next, Welcome to JD

They present JD to you, Then you present yourself. The interview is so relaxed that you might forget to stay proffesional. A lot of behavioaral questions. and a lot on your past expiriences and personality
Easy, did not need much knowledge amd experience with any clothing or with any footwear previously. Very casual, manager dressed casual Just in meeting room in store and ot went well
