Absolutely ridiculous. You have to do two separate interviews for this job, not including a phone screening. One is a group interview, and the second is an individual if they like you enough in the first. It's honestly trifling as hell for a minimum wage job that's going to use and abuse you.

One of their tests is having you pick out a certain number of outfits in a 10 minute time frame. What they're looking for is what questions you ask before that starts. Like, they'll say, "Pick out a casual and formal outfit for two kids."

was good, quick and to the point, was an interview for a different position but they had filled it so just did the regular cashier position and worked that out which was nice
easy they ask you simple multiple choice answers that are pretty easy to guess which one is correct. They were easy to talk to too. at least at my location. It was a hiring event which prob explains it
