The interview process was easy. First I met one of the Executive Managers, and when I told him that I have experience in this field he set up another interview with the store manager. Actually I went through 3 interviews, and the outcome was good. Positive experience overall.

Pretty standard. Competency questions, asking about background, several role play situations. Was interviewed by only one person and the process took around forty five minutes start to finish. Interviewer was very friendly and informative about the expectations of the position. I was kept in the loop during the entire process and the subsequent follow up was done in a timely and professional fashion. Overall, a positive experience.
