Question 1
The usual questions most interview sites recommend, but did not expect to be asked the age old question of where do you see yourself after 5 years in position. This one seems so outdated to me considering how fluid the marketplace is today. Would have expected something more original. I usually take the opportunity to ask the same question, as I feel their answer tells me a lot about how much perceived opportunity is available within the hiring company.
