1 phone call screen with recruiter. General resume/background information. Recruiter was very friendly.
1 phone call interview with immediate director for position. Asked director if they felt my experience would be a good fit, they said yes and the recruiter would be in touch. A week later I reached out to the recruiter and they assured me that I would have an answer about the position by Wednesday (that was the deadline I gave because I had another offer to consider). On Friday I got a generic email that they had filled the position.

What do you know about JCPenny?
General questions (recruiter told me to walk around some JCP stores and take notes to share during the interview). I think the notes I took were too micro oriented.
