Applied online, about a week later I got a call from HR and it was another week before the interview was scheduled. I had a group interview with 3 other people. The HR manager in charge of the interview was so sweet! It was a super chill and relaxed environment. You start by introducing yourself and telling a little bit about you then go on with a group exercise involving building a structure with different colored blocks then after about 15-20 minutes, she started calling people back one by one for a mini 1-on-1 type interview. She asked things like “what do you do at your current job?” And about your job experiences. She then offered me a job for customer service desk rather than cashier but I was totally fine with it. Just be yourself and it shouldn’t be too hard.
