Entretien
I filled out an application online and received a call a few days later. I then went to a group interview but there was only one other person there and the supervisor asked most of the questions and the manager of the store came at the end. We had to do an activity where we create a place for kids to go while parents to shop then present it to the supervisor. She then said she would give us a call back if either one of us got it. She called about 2 days later and I went in for orientation.
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Entretien
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
