First interview was an informal phone interview with the department manager, after which I was asked to come in for a formal in person interview. The in person interview began with some general questions from the HR manager followed by meeting the department manager and a tour of the facility. Once the tour was complete, there was a formal interview with the department manager and two other manufacturing engineers.
