It was an individual interview, but as a mass group. They determine if you actually have some experience they could use, or have an appropriate hobby you have knowledge in. Currently, they'll about hire anyone who can pass a drug test, a background check, and is over 18.

The interview process is similar to many other retailers, a set of the same questions. Interviewed with the department manager then had a second with the department manager and store manager before getting the job offer.

Manager did not have a clue. Company really seeks to hire unmotivated people. Initiative will get one send packing. No bonus, bennies, etc... for six months. High turn-over rate.
