Recruiter has multiple postings for the same position under different position titles. -i applied for the Mechanical Design Engineer, and was told that the company was not interested after about 2 weeks when I followed up with the Recruiter. Recruiter said, "Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I will see if the company has an interest in setting up an interview." A couple days later: Recruiter said, "heard back and they aren’t interested in moving forward at this stage." I asked, "If you don't mind, what are they looking for in their ideal candidate?" Recruiter said, "Good question. They are trying to sort that out." A few days later: I applied for an Electo-Mechanical Engineer position, Was told by the same recruiter, "This is the same position we discussed before." -Referring to the previous job I applied for: Mechanical Design Engineer position!!!
