The interview process was very smooth, and a few managers came to talk. Everyone was very kind and had good communication skills during the interview. They also gave me some feedback after the interview was done.

They ask me why I want to do this job, and also discuss my background very professionally.
They have 6 steps interviews for fresh graduates hiring. First step is a group interview, rest of the interviews are going to be one on one. They have Japanese language as requirements.

Entretien
Standard in-person interview at the Tokyo office. The interview experience was very pleasant. Questions were mostly about my past experiences as well as my interests and motivation. I spoke to the division manager, MD, and team manager.
