The guy who interviewed was decent since it wasn’t just an H.R. person and actual person from the team. I thought the interview went okay but after sending the work samples over that they requested after I was totally ghosted. Which is the most unprofessional business practice. As a small non profit looking to gain reputation that it certainly not the way. Do better.
