J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez J-P Network English Corp. (Manille, ) en févr. 2019
Entretien
1. Phone Interview.
*Introduce yourself
*Internet connection
*Do you have an experience in teaching?
*What was your last job?
2. Skype Interview (Almost the same questions being asked in the phone interview)
*Tell me about yourself
*Internet connection
*Do you have an experience in teaching?
*What was your last job? (Optional)
*Do you want to work full-time or part-time?
3. Exam (Vocabulary, 45 items) You can't cheat here because they are monitoring you. After this, if you passed the examination and interview, they will ask questions again to test your english speaking skills.
4. Training before Mock Lesson with the QA
5. Mock Lesson (Good luck! The QA's behaviour is usually what you possibly encounter in your actual class. It's very easy though as long as you can accumulate the 25-min class)
6. Final Interview (The same with the initial Interview)
7. Completion of requirements (YAY! Congrats!)
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Some of the questions asked. I forgot the rest.
1. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
2. Are you planning on having a kid?
3. Define integrity.

Entretien
Unorganized and confusing. They tell you that your application process is good and you are hired but email next day that i have failed the interview. Physical appearance as well is somehow imperative in being an employee here for some reason

The interview was easy although after the phone interview they will schedule you for a Skype interview and another day for the final interview. When you're hired it will again take several days for them to review and approve your requirements. You need to constantly message them. They training are also held in different days before you are launched.
