Virtual interview, with only a few questions. Some questions are about general market, e.g. what's going on in the market. It's not bad since they allow you to try a question three times and the preparation time is unlimited.

Spent 2 hours on assessment, 1 hour on interview and much more to prepare for them, while HR manager didn’t even bother to let me know the outcome. Almost a year have passed, STILL no reply, even an auto-email
