Seven interviews, moderately complicated, owner's have been in business for 25 years and are very experienced in their level of service, knowledge, and expertise. Met with HR and explained the opportunity. I Had a tour of the facilities and my potentional work area, then was introduced to a hiring manager. Interview went well, was invited back for a three interview day... passed those and was introduced to the CEO for a chat. Was offered the position after our conversation.
