Applied online and was contacted by the manger for an interview. The interview was very straight-forward and a comfortable experience. The manager was very friendly and was more interested in getting to know me to see if I would be a good fit. The interview lasted abut 30 minutes. I followed up with a thank you email and heard back within 2 weeks that I had been accepted.

Entretien
I applied online, then I called the store and notified them that I had just applied. They pulled my application and sent me an interview with store manager. Interview lasted about 15 minutes, no additional interviews.
At least for the holiday season, they contact you in the fall to begin the interview process. Pretty straightforward questions. I met with 2 of the managers. Company gets back to you within a couple of weeks.

Entretien
The whole process finished in less than 15 mins. It went very smooth and casual. Ask about my background and any retail experience, why do I want to work at J.crew and these very typical questions. I feel like if you present confident and nicely and chat a little bit helps people make a good impression on.
