J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez J. Crew
Entretien
I was contacted by one of the managers to schedule an interview. I had one simple interview with basic retail based interview questions. The interview was held in the manager's office in the stock room. Having worked in retail before, the stock room was a lot smaller than others I had seen previously but both the office and stock room were well organized. When I went in for my interview the staff was very welcoming and friendly. There was a great atmosphere in the store highly due to the fact that the associates all seemed happy to be at work. All the associates gave off the feeling that they were all apart of a J.Crew 'family'.

Question 1
There were no difficult questions. Mostly just basic retail questions. Questions about customer service, competitors, what the brand is known for, etc.

Lovely interview with the then assistant manager. Just connect showing your bubbly personality and talk maturely about your former job experience.
It ran for about 30-35 mins yet felt as if time flew by due to great conversation.
Great retail job. Requires alot of connecting with customers, even styling them in the fit rooms. But also remember EVERYONES EXPERIENCE is different
Easy, Basic Questions with the store manager. Just ask about previous experience and your availability. Why you want to work there. Met with the store manager and asked questions outside of the store.
the interview was entirely behavioral and very casual/conversational. mostly just how you would handle customer interactions and selling the credit card. i would highly recommend working there and interviewing. very similar to other retail interviews.
