Meet with 4 people including the recruiter. The VP of Supply Chain spent most of his time telling me how great he was. It must be contagious because the Director and Manager he had interview me did the same thing. I could tell within 5 minutes of being in that office that this was not going to be a good environment. Everyone was in shirts and ties, I should have ended things early but decided to go through the motions. I think they could see my lack of enthusiasm and I never heard from any of them again. I did see the Director and Manager left within a short time afterward though. Says a lot about the company.
