First, I had a phone interview with an HR representative. At the end of the call, I was offered an on-site interview with an account manager and accepted. On-site interview went very well but at the time I was still 5+ months away from graduation and was instructed to follow up closer to graduation if I was still interested.
I followed up 3 months later, and was offered a second on-site interview with the regional manager and an account manager. During the interview, they stated that they were looking for somebody to start within 2 weeks, but I was unavailable for full-time for about 6 weeks due to graduation.
I suggested a part-time role within the company to get into the door, and it was stated that this had never been done for this position. About one week later, I was offered to "shadow" the position to ensure a proper fit. I accepted, and enjoyed it thoroughly. A week after that, I was offered an internship in order to begin my training part time until graduation. Assuming a proper fit and success for both parties (myself and the company) I will be offered a full-time position upon graduation.

Talked to the company at the career fair for my school. Was asked to do an inital phone screening not long later. Was just asked basic questions to make sure I was even a candidate for a position. At the end of the screening, we set up a phone interview. On the phone interview, they asked behavioral questions and talked about the various positions. We then set up a face to face interview. At the face to face interview, they again asked mainly behavioral questions with a couple what if technical questions thrown in.

I applied online and received an email to set up a phone interview the next week. (Very easy straight forward questions) The Recruiter set me up for a in person interview the following week. This interview had a professional setting, but laid back as well. There were 2 people interviewing me.

1st interview was over the phone with a recruiter in HR, very easy interview just basic stuff. Lasted about 30 minutes. 2nd Interview was over the phone with a regional manager in the region they want to place you. This interview lasted a little over an hour, asked a lot of questions about J.B. Hunt to see what you knew, also a lot of leadership questions. Ability to relocate was a major concern as well. Scheduled a 3rd interview to be in person but canceled the interview and offered instead.
