Received a telephone call from the HR department in Arkansas. They did a quick 30 minute interview and was I was referred to the Regional Operations Manager for a sit down interview about a 3 days later. Very intelligent manager, interview was very relaxed and he explained all the little details involved with the opening.

Pretty standard questions. What is your biggest strength and your biggest weakness in a work environment?
I had a great experience with the customer service representative at JB Hunt. They were professional, patient, and very knowledgeable when answering all of my questions. The representative handled my concerns quickly and made sure I understood every step of the process. Their friendly attitude and excellent communication made the experience stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend JB Hunt to others.

I got an initial phone screening with usual question about relevant skills to the position and why I wish to work for the company. Next was a 60 min in person interview which I was pleasantly surprised to find to be very casual. At the end, I was introduced to a few office staff.
