The interview was conducted by one director of intermodal operations and one regional operations manager. It lasted about 45 minutes and consisted mostly of behavioral questions, nothing out of the ordinary. The first 20 minutes was spent being asked questions and the latter half was open to questions.

An initial phone interview with a recruiter. Lasted 15 mins or so. Interviewer was great. We almost spoke like friends!
A 1 hour hiring manager interview. Hiring manger, most likely will be the person you will work under.

I had a brief interview over the phone. The interview went over fairly basic interview questions. There was one one interview. I applied in October for the January start and was interviewed in late Decemeber.
