I applied online for the position by sending in my resume. I received a call from the HQ in Arkansas inquiring about my interest in the position and if I would like to set up a phone interview. Had the phone interview 3 business days later. The interviewer asked some behavioral questions such as "how do you get along with difficult people?" and "what would you do if ..." type stuff.
I answered well enough to get an interview with the Hiring Manager. Went for the interview, and it was a very laid back atmosphere. It was simple enough, asked about my resume and willingness to relocate. I got the feeling a decision had already been made as to if they were going to hire me because there wasn't much detailed discussion as to my skills or abilities at the in face interview.

Entretien
Talked to the company at the career fair for my school. Was asked to do an inital phone screening not long later. Was just asked basic questions to make sure I was even a candidate for a position. At the end of the screening, we set up a phone interview. On the phone interview, they asked behavioral questions and talked about the various positions. We then set up a face to face interview. At the face to face interview, they again asked mainly behavioral questions with a couple what if technical questions thrown in.

I applied online and received an email to set up a phone interview the next week. (Very easy straight forward questions) The Recruiter set me up for a in person interview the following week. This interview had a professional setting, but laid back as well. There were 2 people interviewing me.

Entretien
1st interview was over the phone with a recruiter in HR, very easy interview just basic stuff. Lasted about 30 minutes. 2nd Interview was over the phone with a regional manager in the region they want to place you. This interview lasted a little over an hour, asked a lot of questions about J.B. Hunt to see what you knew, also a lot of leadership questions. Ability to relocate was a major concern as well. Scheduled a 3rd interview to be in person but canceled the interview and offered instead.
