We discussed both my experience and the role in detail, and she was incredibly transparent and thorough in answering my questions. She did a great job outlining the position, which gave me a clear understanding of expectations. I was told I would hear back on my application status by the end of the week. Overall, the experience felt very professional while still being comfortable and engaging. No offer or anything yet. Just had the first initial phone interview.
