I sat with the vice president, we talked casually about my prior experience, he asked a few questions, I asked a few also. We laughed, we cried, and he sent me on my way. He later called me back for another interview with another leader in the company. I sat with them, similar experience. But this time when they called me back, it was with a job offer.
