Recruiter wanted me to meet with the hiring manager in person, which I was ok with. The interview went well, and it was positive. It was a very seamless 2-way conversation, but that is where the positivity ended. I emailed numerous times to get an update, with no response. I then received an automated email to say that I wasn’t successful, and they chose somebody with more experience, even though I had a tonne of experience and a history of enterprise success. It seems to me like they work in a very young environment, and they were after somebody who was also young. Companies like this deserve bad reviews.
