Please don't give interview. They just take interviews, no reason for rejection. This organisation has number of rounds. First they ask to give you online SQL test. Post you clear that they have almost 4 rounds of interview. First screening round is different than above one. They just take interviews and without reason they just reject the candidate saying that in market they are getting resources with less package and experience. If they are getting for less why they interview high experience resources.
