I was referred by one of their current employees, one recruiter contacted me the directly technical interview was a pretty simple 30 min video call. It was technical but a lot of the concepts are easily answered if you mastered two basic CScourses. I had to learn some web development on my own though. You get a confirmation email letting you know you will be called shortly It is super easy to apply and the question are very straight forward. Easy!
