Thank you for taking the time to share feedback about our interview process. We're sorry to hear that your experience was not a positive one. As you mentioned, we are incredibly focused on, and proud of, our company culture. Our core values (growth mindset, trust, humility, and balance) guide everything we do - from interviews to investments. This is why culture and values-based questions were features of you interview. Indeed, they are staples of every Iterable interview because they ensure we build a team that is closely aligned with our core commitments. In reference to your interview experience, recruiter tardiness is never acceptable. Your time is valuable, and we are sorry that you were kept waiting. We will look into what happened, and work to ensure delays such as what you experience are mitigated going forward.
We are indeed a privately held and fast-growing company. Employee compensation is regularly evaluated to ensure what we offer is competitive to the industry. Importantly, we also implemented a single geographical compensation band for our employees, anchored at the most competitive market in each respective country (the San Francisco Bay Area market for the US, London for the UK), called geoneutral pay. Compensation is bolstered by perks and benefits, like Balance Day, Adoptions and Fertility Assistance, and monthly Health/Wellness and Lunch stipends.
