Huge waste of time. A lot of waiting for nothing. The process started with a recruiter phone screen. I was asked questions about past experience and web development. It was an enjoyable conversation. I was then told they would send me an email describing a take-home assessment I needed to do. This is where the waiting started. After waiting over a week, I was finally sent it. The assessment was about building a front-end and some back-end endpoints in a language of your choice. Nothing too difficult, but it was quite the undertaking. Now, the waiting got really bad. After I turned in the assessment, I was told I'd have to wait at most a week to hear back. 3 weeks go by with no updates. I sent them an email asking for updates just for them to say, "we'll get to it". It took them so long that they hired someone else. They sent me this email, " During the evaluation process of your work another candidate was hired to fill the position." One of the biggest wastes of times I've experienced in a job search. At least I get to add another one of these assessments to my github.

I had to complete a full-stack take home assessment in seven days. I set up a Node.js server and used create React app for the front end, and was referred by two current software engineers and showed my solution to them after I submitted it, so I know my code wasn't horrible. I never heard back from the hiring manager even after following up, so it was a waste of my time to even apply.

You will first receive a technical phone screen round. If you clear that then it will be followed by a technical round. After clearing both these rounds there will be three more interview schedule focusing on technical and behavioral questions
