The interview process included several rounds. It began with a phone screening, followed by a technical interview. I was then asked to complete an online assessment on Testlify. After that, I had a second technical interview, and finally, a discussion with HR and the founders.
The HR coordinator was great—she provided timely updates and handled the process professionally. The technical interviewers were reasonable and focused on assessing problem-solving and core technical concepts.
However, the experience took a negative turn during the founders' round. One of the founders (R.B.) came across as rude and dismissive. When I shared my long-term goal of gaining international exposure, he questioned my trustworthiness and implied I would leave the company for better opportunities. Although I initially mentioned that I wanted to grow professionally, he pressed me to “answer from my core,” suggesting that my goals made me unreliable.
The interview lasted around 35 minutes and included several uncomfortable moments that are difficult to detail fully here. I’ve shared this to help others make an informed decision when considering opportunities with this company.
The offer included a 6-month internship with a stipend of ₹25,000 per month, followed by a full-time role with a salary package of ₹4.5 LPA. However, the offer came with a strict bond: if you leave the company at any point during the internship or the subsequent year, you are required to repay the full stipend received during the internship. This was clearly communicated by the recruiter.
Final suggestion: If you have similar opportunities elsewhere, consider them carefully. The strict bond terms and the unprofessional behavior in the final round were major red flags. I've attended over 15+ interviews (in past 2-3 months)—both technical and HR—and this was by far the most uncomfortable and disrespectful experience I’ve had.
