Took two months....got called for an interview which was a bit challenging and was called a week after to start....had two weeks of training on and off and then began to work on my own at the branch.

The District Manager and Branch Manager interviewed me, asked critical questions to ensure competence for the position they were offering. The District Manager was very straight forward and asked integral questions to ensure the right decision was made
