Entretien
It was informal, felt relaxed and they made you felt at ease. I was interviewed by two people for an ongoing project at IM. They went through the role in more detail and generally just asked what experience I have in work experience and other areas. They were interested in what type of person I was to see if I can gel in with the rest of the team.
Not structured enough, felt like the interviewers had only just met and were talking over each other. Questions were rather basic and didn't really want to get to know you as a individual - felt like a number.
