This is not just one interview that I am rating but two and I think they really need to review their disability confidence twice it has been struggle to get the interview questions in advance as part of reasonable adjustments the first time i was offered it was missed and thus had to be rearranged. The 2nd recent interview with them I did not get the questions until till the day before. The interviewer was not impolite but was very disengaged he showed only real engagement when I started questions. My questions to his were answered in a star format and not only am qualified being in a similar role I am arguably overqualified and so getting rejecting not once but twice is a massive slap in the face. There recruitment team also sending links on recommending CV tips and answering in the star format (which is a flawed methodology) is well intentioned but downright patronising and insulting. 2 of there questions are for all intents and purposes the same question as well which again makes me feel that they have not really put much thought into their own questions and thus makes me suspect they have not put much thought on the answers to those questions.
