It was an internal job promotion that I applied for. They were interviewing 3 other candidates for the position so I had to wait for that process to be over before they offered me the job. It took about 2 weeks for them to offer me t the job.

First interview is on the phone through their recruitment team. It is very basic questions and they ask about weekend availability. Then there is an in person interview with possible direct report.

I met with the hiring manager, we discussed my time with the company, my knowledge and accomplishments since I have been with the company, and my goals for the future.

Entretien
Received an email after applying online and scheduled an interview the following week. Met with the two direct supervisors in a conference room for a 45 minute interview. Asked standard interview questions and was provided with additional details on the specific project. It has been one week since the interview - waiting to hear back.
