Very relaxed interview process. Was conducted with two people, with the focus primarily being on competency based questions. For this role, have examples of providing excellent customer service, words to describe yourself, and why the position appeals to you.

Tell me something about you which isn't on your CV.
I had 2 round of interviews, it was an easy enough process. First one was more a chat rather than an interview. The second was a little tougher but not too intense. They mostly asked the same stuff they had asked in the first interview.
