1st round with HR, went well. Second round with CTO and Director of Commercial officer, some technical questions and previous experience sharing. 3rd round with Chief Commercial Officer and Director of Commercial officer, the questions were getting redundant. I asked a few questions and chatted about the future of the company. Advanced to do a skill assessment test and behavioural question+interview done by 3rd party. I mean like c'mon, I'm in senior level, why am I still being asked to solve algebra and shape puzzles. Answered whole bunch of questions about whether sticking to a plan is important to me, how I feel about being creative vs. executing missions.....total non-sense.
I passed the skill assessment with flying colors according to HR BUT they still want to meet one final time. I agreed even though I felt it was unnecessary. Met with the CTO and the Chief Commercial Officer again for the 3rd time. They asked me about what product would I build or what method what I adopt for Iren. I was like I'm not even hired nor do I know all the internal strategy, capability, budget, constraints, customer negotiations? I gave some generic answer. CTO was like ok, didn't expect me to come up with something out of the woodwork. So I thanked them but also pushed for an offer. CTO said he's glad to have me onboard. But the fun part is.....They completely ghosted me after 3 months. Followed up no response, not even a Thanks but no thanks....very unprofessional.
