I recently completed a phone interview where the role was presented as a combination of several positions, including graphic design, social media design, SEO and digital marketing, and UX design. While working across multiple disciplines does not concern me, the expectations for such a wide range of responsibilities did not appear to align with the stated salary range. Overall, the scope of the role felt disproportionate to the compensation being offered.
