I had a phone interview with two people, a developer manager and a software architect. The manager introduced himself, the architect, and the company, and asked me to introduce myself. Then the architect started asking questions. No questions about data structures, algorithms, security (Irdeto provides security software), or OOP. The questions were very specific about Java technology.
