It was not at all what I was told it would be by the recruiter. Long testing process (4 evaluations) and a seemingly uninterested CEO. They only asked questions about ROI and when I told them I didn't measure that in the way they were asking, the CEO was dismissive. I was then ghosted by the recruiter and HR person. Even if it wasn't a good fit, after hours of my time a no thank you email would have been considerate.
