Eerste fase was een telefonisch gesprek om wat dieper in te gaan op motivatie en inhoud van de vacature, daarna kennismakingsgesprek waar cv overlopen werd en daarna testen verbaal en analytisch redeneren. daarna vond er een tweede ronde plaats om dieper in te gaan op capaciteiten om functie goed te beoefenen, het was hierbij vooral belangrijk om aan te tonen dat je commercieel bent.
