Smooth and simple. I had a really great impression of the company. Also loved it. The stuff was really nice and did well explain my position, benefits, salary and all.
Good process overall , team is responsive and communicative. I went through a referral (senior role), and the experience felt structured but feedback mechanism is not as good as one would hope

Perplexing. Didn't know what they wanted. They asked me about failures but I wasn't sure how to answer the question in a good way. Also, they asked for coding experience too
