Took a two hours written test about research methods in English and Chinese and then a personal interview with the head director. For the qualitative researcher, local language proficiency is requested.
Good process overall , team is responsive and communicative. I went through a referral (senior role), and the experience felt structured but feedback mechanism is not as good as one would hope

Perplexing. Didn't know what they wanted. They asked me about failures but I wasn't sure how to answer the question in a good way. Also, they asked for coding experience too
