The hiring process was cool because everybody was given an opportunity to prove themselves. Generally I cannot complain about anything because the panel was good, friendly toward the interviewee. They could guide incase you did not understand something.
First round was a phone screen with recruiter, then proceeded with a group interview, and lastly interview with VP of the team. The process took about a month. Communication was consistent throughout

First, a phone interview was conducted to determine the time for an in-person interview. The in-person interview lasted one hour and primarily assessed individual abilities; it required a presentation to illustrate a case study.

Why did you choose this position and this company?
It was straightforward and an easy process. I was not hired, but they did send me a polite rejection email. You are asked questions about research processes, as well as experiences.
