Easy to get in to the company as its a typical call center. They will make sure that you can speak pretty clear english that you know how to basic navigation

There was cursory telephone interview with a recruiter one one day and a more formal (but no much) the next day, I was asked general questions about myself but nothing about my suitability for the role.

There was a phone call interview and then a group interview. We completed a test covering maths, English and common sense. Some questions were very difficult but I doubt they expected many people to get 100%
