Simple, two-step process. Interview with the manager of the DC office via telephone then interview with the Vice President of Business Development, who is very friendly and extremely smart. She is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, so the interview will be via Skype.

Straightforward interview, they wants to know your interests in the firm and understanding of what it does, then they ask about your background (educational and professional) as well as the kind of projects you are interested in assisting with.
