1. Applied online and heard back a month later
2. Hiring manager contacts me and I interview the same day
3. Technical interview with simple to difficult questions. Several questions were asked with ambiguity and I did not know what kind of answer he was looking for. Some questions I had no answer for, but did good on 75% of the rest of them. Answering a few of them wrong or not knowing will disqualify you.
