A technical and behavioral phone screen by the VP of Engineering. Then a huge panel interview with 4 engineers. Very intimidating interview process. Asked a lot of situational questions. And some technical questions. Pretty much the attitude the engineers had was, we don't need QA or software testing. Why should we hire you? And as a person really wanting to get the job. You have to continuously smile and find a way to be positive and answer their questions appropriately.
